Allagro Sp. z o.o. is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Contact: sales@vegking.com.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry, we process the details you give us: name, company, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message. To understand how the website is used, we also record anonymous statistics: pages viewed, time spent on the page, scroll depth, the referring page and campaign tags, IP address and browser type.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, based on our legitimate interest, to keep business correspondence and to measure and improve the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and local storage

The website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. A random session identifier is kept in your browser’s local storage for 30 minutes so that page views from one visit can be counted together.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and maintain the business relationship, and then for the period required by law. Statistics are kept for up to 26 months.

Who receives it

Data may be shared with companies of the Vegking group handling your enquiry and with our IT and e-mail service providers, only to the extent necessary.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, to data portability and to object. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland.
