How we work

From seed to truck — every step in our hands

  1. 01

    Sowing

    Seedlings start in our glasshouses, which lets us adjust the planting schedule to our customers’ programmes.

  2. 02

    Planting

    Young plants go out to the field — it can take as little as 55 days from planting to harvest.

  3. 03

    Cultivating

    Careful irrigation, nutrition and crop protection throughout the season.

  4. 04

    Harvesting and cooling

    Crops are moved to cold storage immediately after harvest to keep them fresh.

  5. 05

    Packing

    Packed to customer specification and ready for transport across Europe.

Frequently asked questions

Which vegetables does Vegking supply?

Cauliflower, broccoli, white, red and savoy cabbage and leek, plus seasonal purple sprouting broccoli, Brussels sprouts, iceberg lettuce and early potatoes.

When are Polish cauliflower and broccoli in season?

Our cauliflower is available from May to November and broccoli from June to November. White and red cabbage and leek are available all year round.

Do you supply customers outside Poland?

Yes. We work with buyers across Europe and have sales offices in Poland, the United Kingdom and Spain.

Can you pack to our specification?

Yes. Packing is part of our own process — tell us the format you need and we will confirm what we can do.
